Thomas A. Cruz-Soto, Jr., Ed.D., currently serves as Interim Vice President of Student Services at 91快活林, where he also continues to oversee Student Services as Dean and serves as the college鈥檚 primary conduct and discipline administrator. Prior to joining RCC, he was Associate Vice President and Dean of Students at California Polytechnic University, Pomona, where he led co-curricular initiatives promoting active student engagement, diversity, and responsible freedom of expression. A first-generation college graduate from Camden, New Jersey, Cruz-Soto has dedicated his career to student advocacy and leadership development, both domestically and globally.
His professional journey reflects a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and student success, making him a valued and impactful member of the RCC community.
